P. 435.  William Miller's Will. 
Just debts to be paid.   
To daughter Amanda Louisa, wife of Thomas Spights a negro woman Sally and her 
daughter.   
To daughter Marthana Drinkard, a negro woman and 40 acres of land in Chambers 
County adjoining Drinkard "which I got from Drinkard by the Brumbola land." 
To daughter Argant B. Wright a negro woman, Judy, and the worth of 40 acres of 
land in money. 
To daughter Ephair Elizabeth Paterson a negro woman, Harriet and 200 acres of 
land whereon I now live after wife's death "down to Jinkins line." 
To granddaughter, not named, three cows and calves, $10 and $200 in property 
after death of wife. 
To grandson William Harvel $300 in money after wife's death 
To dear wife Argant during her life or widowhood all real and personal property. 
Thomas Spights is not to pay that money that I paid for him on his land. 
Martha and Eapar to have land I have given them over and above the rest to make 
them equal with Amanda Spights. 
At wife's death my estate is to be put into lots and then drawn for.  Ann 
Arnett and William H. Veal are to have one share to be divided between them in "su 
(lieu ?) of their mother which is dead." 
Exrs. Dear beloved Argant (wife ?) and Thomas S. Thompson.
